We will be demonstrating how to grind and make your own venison sausage. We are going to make a Garlic and Herb Sausage Link and we are also going to make a Cranberry/Sage/Maple Venison Sausage Link
Beer, Wine and Appetizers will be included in the price and you will get to take home a portion of the sausage that is made that night.
We can create custom menus and arrange a time around your schedule. Our classes include the interactive cooking experience, wine, and 10% off items in our retail store.
