BankPlus Red Beans and Rice Virtual Demo benefiting Stewpot Community Services

The BankPlus Virtual Cooking School benefiting Stewpot will be livestreamed from The Farmer's Table Cooking School in Livingston on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 6:00 pm. The class will be led by Chef Derek Emerson, and Farmer's Table very own Chef Connor Wolf. Join the chefs and cook with them live from your own kitchen! Tickets are available for purchase at www.redbeandrice.org. Each ticket includes a meal kit that will be available for pick-up the week of the event. Meal kits include ingredients that feed up to 10 people, so participating with your family and friends is encouraged! A Zoom link will also be sent out in advance of the event, and a recording will be sent shortly after the class ends if you are unable to attend live.
100% of the proceeds from this event will be used to help support the ministries of Stewpot, your favorite Mississippi Homegrown Charity. Stewpot Community Services provides compassionate assistance, at no charge, to people in need of physical and spiritual nourishment. Through their ministries, they serve people who are hungry, poor, and homeless, offering food, shelter, clothing, mentoring, care, and concern.
