Wonderfully marbled Ribeye steaks, butchered in house, cooked in a sous vide seasoned with rosemary, garlic and kosher salt grilled to desired temperature.

Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Yukon Gold potatoes boiled until fork tender and riced whipped with a rich truffle cream.

Oven Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus seasoned with salt and white pepper roasted until golden brown and tender
