Cast Iron Filets
Seared beef tenderloin steaks cooked in a cast iron skillet with garlic, thyme, and butter for a perfect crust and tender interior. Served medium rare unless requested otherwise.
Scallops
Scallops brushed with garlic herb butter, grilled to smoky perfection, finished with a squeeze of lemon and fresh parsley.
Wild Mushroom Risotto
Creamy arborio rice cooked slowly in vegetable broth with wild mushrooms, shallots and white wine.
Roasted Root Vegetables
Carrots, parsnips ,brussel sprouts and red onions roasted with rosemary ,garlic and olive oil until caramelized.
Dessert
Individual Molten Chocolate Cake with a gooey center, served warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
