Hop in your car and take the back roads to dinner tonight. Enjoy one of our most popular classes as you make a classic salad with blue cheese dressing, pan seared fillet, twice baked potato, broccoli with blistering tomatoes and finish it off with homemade chocolate cake.

Skills – Learn how to make a home made salad dressing; work with a black iron skillets,  choose a good steak; using potato ricer, work with clay  baking dishes; roasting vegetables in an oven, the difference between convection and conventional oven; baking a tender not tough chocolate cake, and how to work with a pastry bag.
