Take a step back in time and learn an old fashion dinner that will please the family. Our instructors will teach you how to prepare a perfect baked ham with all the fixings. Also master the art of making a classic Lemon Pie.
Skills – chopping vegetables and making sour cream dressing; baking and glazing a spiral cut ham; preparing a béchamel sauce and a cheese sauce; cleaning and cooking green beans; baking pie and preparing home made whipped cream.
