In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to prepare some of everyones favorite recipes.We will show you techniques for poaching, pan-roasting, pureeing and more. You’ll enjoy working alongside other guest as we prepare a satisfying spring soup. Plus, we’ll show you how simple it can be to create a decadent baked custard with fresh whipped cream and nuts. After mastering a few essentials, you’ll look forward to sharing your passion for cooking with friends and family.
