Skills – Cutting fresh fruit, using double boiler; whipping egg whites, folding egg whites into a batter; infusing citrus into honey; preparing a hash.

Fresh Fruit with Sabayon, Ricotta Cheese Pancakes with Lemon and Orange Infused Honey, Bacon and Potato Hash.
