These days, it’s tough to know which fish and shellfish are fresh. In this exciting workshop, we’ll prepare a spectacular soft shell crab meal fresh from the sea. We’ll talk about the importance of buying seafood from local sources, and provide recommendations on which seafood to buy in your area. We will also prepare a fresh salad and scrumptious sides to pair with your meal. Finally we will finish the meal with a light but tasty version of tiramisu.
