Perfect Picnic, Thursday, July 16th, 6-8pm, $59
It’s time to figure out how to give the perfect Romantic Picnic. Learn in this hands on class how to prepare easy but delicious picnic dishes. Homemade guacamole and chips, Tomato Feta Salad, Shrimp Sandwiches, and Lemon Cake with berries.

It’s Steak Night, Friday, July 17th, 6-9pm – $89
Perfect class for the person craving red meat.  We will head out to the grill and cook a perfect filet with all the sides.  Finish up with strawberry crepes drizzled with chocolate sauce. Grilled Filet, Truffel Mashed Potatoes, Yellow Squash Ribbons with Red Onion, and Goat Cheese Strawberry and Cream Crepes.

Knife Skills, Saturday, July 25th, 9:30-12pm – $59
One of our most popular classes! Chopping is the easiest way to get dinner done quickly when you little time and a hungry family.This hands-on class will teach you how to safely use your knives and help you become a better chef at home. Skills learned in class – Chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables. Learn to  julienne and brunoise with one of our deBuyer knives from France. Learn to make a fresh soup with a homemade pesto the evening will culminate a meal of homemade vegetable soup and a glass of wine.

A Southern Mess, Saturday, July 25th, 5-8pm – $79
It’s what everyone loves about the South the most; a table full of food and flavor. Come in and learn traditional southern favorites that can be handed down to the next generation. Buttermilk Soaked Fried Chicken, BBQ Rub, Mason Jar Maple BBQ Sauce, Baby Back Ribs, Baked Mac and Cheese, Lady Peas, Black Iron Skillet Corn Bread, and Rustic Blackberry Tart with Honey Ice Cream.

Beyond the Burger, Tuesday, July 28th, 6-9pm – $69
Gourmet Burgers are a hot trend, and we have come up with a doozie!  Come hang out on our patio and grill gourmet burgers and eat under the stars. Sweet Potato fries with mustard and maple dipping sauce, Hierloom tomato and avocado salad, Burger with feta and pickled zucchini, Grilled pound cake with home made vanilla ice cream and warm berry compote.

Grab your flip flops and head to the beach for this grilled lobster class. Enjoy the lighter version of a delicious ocean front menu. Mexican salad with jalapeño and lime dressing, Grilled lobster tail with tomato and cilantro rice, Roasted zucchini and yellow squash skewers, Individual lemon sponge cake with tequila glaze.
