In this very special hands-on class, we’ll show you how to create a variety of French winter favorites. Our instructor will walk you through classic techniques for everything from seasoning and building flavors to braising meat and cooking shellfish. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice preparing some of the silkiest, most decadent potatoes you’ve ever tasted. Plus, we’ll share secrets for creating a traditional chocolate pot de creme that’s sure to impress family and friends.
