$59.00One of our most popular classes! Chopping is the easiest way to get dinner done quickly when you little time and a hungry family. This hands-on class will teach you how to safely use your knives and help you become a better chef at home.
Skills learned in class – Chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables. Learn to julienne and brunoise with one of our deBuyer knives from France. Learn to make a fresh soup with a homemade pesto the evening will culminate a meal of homemade vegetable soup and a glass of wine.
We can create custom menus and arrange a time around your schedule. Our classes include the interactive cooking experience, wine, and 10% off items in our retail store.
