Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day–invite your special someone to a hands-on class where you’ll explore classic and contemporary Irish cuisine. Our instructor will show you techniques for everything from creating a Irish pub salad and making fluffy mashed potatoes to enhancing grilled pork chops with a Guinness and maple glaze. You’ll enjoy working alongside other classmates as you prepare a traditional Irish meal. When it’s time for dessert, we’ll share secrets for making a decadent Irish whiskey ice cream with chopped chocolate.
