$59.00Join us for this Speak-Easy themed craft cocktail class that celebrates the notorious roots in prohibition by delving into a myriad of once-forbidden cocktails and whiskeys.
First we will learn and create flapper-esque drinks with Brian Isonhood. Also, chef Matthew will teach you wonderful appetizers that complement the cocktails. Brian has been in the food and beverage industry for over twenty years. Raised in Yazoo county, he began his food and beverage career in Portland, Oregon and has practiced his craft in Burlington, VT, Memphis, TN and here in his home state of Mississippi.
Recently, Brian has created Southern Renaissance Cocktails Consulting and Catering. He likes to approach his cocktails with a “Simplicity With Edge” mentality. Combining unique herbs, spices and produce, to produce craft cocktails and punches that maintain a great flavor, presentation and sophistication for every palate. You will leave with a handful of great recipes that should make your next themed party the hit of the town.
