Panzanella Salad – Tender Butter Lettuce, Shaved Red Onions, Halved Cherry Tomatoes, Shaved Pecorino Romano Cheese, Italian Loaf Croutons with Herbed Butter

Sous Vide Ribeyes – USDA Prime Ribeyes cooked low and slow in the Sous Vide and then Chargrilled to Perfection served with Loaded Yukon Gold Potatoes with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Green Onions and Parmesan Broiled Asparagus. Steak is served with a Garlic Compound Butter and Red Wine Demi Glace

Creme Brûlée served with Fresh Berries
