One of our most popular classes! Chopping is the easiest way to get dinner done quickly when you have little time and a hungry family. This hands-on class will teach you how to safely use your knives and help you become a better chef at home.
Skills learned in class – Chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables. Learn to julienne and brunoise with one of our deBuyer knives from France. Learn how to make a fresh vegetable soup with a homemade pesto and fruit with a French sabayon.
