Kids and Teens Summer Camp Week

$299.00Come spend a week to learn how to make food from around the world! We teach Knife Skills and Cooking Techniques such as; Grilling, Baking, and Frying. Students will cook a different cuisine everyday and then pair up on Friday for a Junior Chopped Event!
Ages- 8yrs-15years- We will challenge each age group with their skill set.
9am-12pm daily
Monday – All American Day
- French Fries with Homemade Honey Mustard
- Cheeseburger Sliders topped with Candied Onions, Lettuce, and Tomato
- Ice Cream Sundaes
Tuesday – Mexican Feast
- Homemade Guacamole and Queso with Fresh Tortilla Chips
- Beef and Chicken Fajitas
- Churros with Chocolate Sauce
Wednesday – Greek Day
- Hummus with Chips and Veggies
- Chicken Shawarma with Homemade Pita Bread and Tzatziki
- Traditional Baklava
Thursday – Italian Eatery
- Traditional Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons
- Shrimp Alfredo with Fresh Pasta
- Classic Tiramisu
Friday – Junior Chopped!
- With a Mystery Basket of ingredients, groups will create a Menu and use skills they have learned all week to make the winning Dish!
We can create custom menus and arrange a time around your schedule. Our classes include the interactive cooking experience, wine, and 10% off items in our retail store.
