Homemade pizza is easier than you think and just as delicious as you imagine. Join us for this hands-on class and discover secrets for working with yeast to create perfect dough from scratch. You’ll laugh and learn alongside classmates as we practice shaping dough and creating a Italian iron skillet pizza. Plus, our instructor will show you how to make a caesar salad with roasted tomatoes and homemade parmesan cheese crisp. Last but not least we will create a citrus Italian trifle.
