Sign up for one or all four of our classes and find out how easy meals can be prepared at home.
In this series you’ll learn about basic cooking equipment and menu planning; knife skills, including vegetable chopping; how to make salads, dressings, and how to sauté and roast meats and bake desserts. Graduate to the fourth class and learn about how to entertaining with appetizers and a signature drink.

Skills learned in class – Chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables. Learn to julienne and brunoise with one of our deBuyer knives from France. Learn to make a fresh soup with a homemade pesto and a glass of wine
We can create custom menus and arrange a time around your schedule. Our classes include the interactive cooking experience, wine, and 10% off items in our retail store.
