$69.00Apples are not just for cider anymore! In this hands-on class, we’re celebrating everyone’s favorite autumn fruit with an incredible sweet and savory feast. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for everything from perfectly searing pork tenderloin to creating a fabulous fall-inspired salad. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates, honing knife skills and learning to create an incredible chutney from scratch. Plus, we’ll show you how to make deliciously simple homemade caramel for the best apple tart you’ve ever tasted. Join us and discover amazing new ways to make the most of the season’s bountiful apple harvest.
