We will hold a two day Mini Camp for Spring Break for Kids that are ages 7-15.
Day 1- 3/14/19
Heart of Romaine Salad with Fresh Made Ciabatta Croutons, Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil Vinaigrette
Grilled Chicken Breast over Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce with Fresh Herbs from the Garden
Easy Individual Tiramisu with Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Day 2- 3/15/19
Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce
Hand Rolled Sushi- We will make custom sushi rolls based on his/her preference. Traditional ingredients include, Avocado, Cucumber, Carrots, Steamed Shrimp, Cream Cheese, etc.
Orange Sorbet with Fresh Candied Orange Peel
We can create custom menus and arrange a time around your schedule. Our classes include the interactive cooking experience, wine, and 10% off items in our retail store.
