DESCRIPTION:Come spend a week to learn how to make food from around the world! We teach Knife Skills and Cooking Techniques such as; Grilling\, Baking\, and Frying. Students will cook a different cuisine everyday and then pair up on Friday for a Junior Chopped Event! \nAges- 8yrs-15years- We will challenge each age group with their skill set. \n9am-12pm daily \nMonday – All American Day \n\nFrench Fries with Homemade Honey Mustard\nCheeseburger Sliders topped with Candied Onions\, Lettuce\, and Tomato\nIce Cream Sundaes\n\nTuesday – Mexican Feast \n\nHomemade Guacamole and Queso with Fresh Tortilla Chips\nBeef and Chicken Fajitas\nChurros with Chocolate Sauce\n\nWednesday – Greek Day \n\nHummus with Chips and Veggies\nChicken Shawarma with Homemade Pita Bread and Tzatziki\nTraditional Baklava\n\nThursday – Italian Eatery \n\nTraditional Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons\nShrimp Alfredo with Fresh Pasta\nClassic Tiramisu\n\nFriday – Junior Chopped! \n\nWith a Mystery Basket of ingredients\, groups will create a Menu and use skills they have learned all week to make the winning Dish!\n\n
