$150.00Join us for a 2 Day Camp of mad-delicious food experiments and learning how to cook your favorite foods! During this 2 Day Camp we’ll get hands-on and cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, how to read and follow a recipe, measuring and mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. Best of all, we’ll get into the fun scientific details of cooking, including the importance of using specific amounts of ingredients and cooking times. Along the way, they will learn how to make great food that will impress their family and friends.
Day 1 – (3/16) – Farm Salad with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Shaved Red Onion, Herbed Butter Croutons tossed with a Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo – Homemade Pasta, Parmesan Cream Sauce, Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts and Fresh Basil
Tiramisu Dippers – Homemade Lady Fingers, Whipped Mascarpone Cheese and Cocoa
Day 2 – (3/17) – Pork and Vegetable Baked Egg Rolls with Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
Asian Shrimp Stir Fry served over Steamed Rice
