2nd Course – Surf and Turf – Grilled Prime Filet Mignon and Colossal Grilled Shrimp Skewers served with Black Truffle Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Parmesan Panko Broiled Asparagus. Drizzled with a Rich Red Wine Veal Demi Glace and a Charred Lemon Butter Sauce
